All agencies seeking CoC funding must have applications turned in to CoC via ESNAPS by 12 noon on 8/29/2022 Home For Good to turn in documents.

Rank & Review Panel (Home for Good Staff) receives training for scoring projects.

Rank & Review Panel (Home for Good Staff) meets to discuss proposals and determine how projects will be ranked in the 2022 application.

Preliminary priority list emailed to agencies.

Agencies may inspect their scores and formulate a written appeal based on appeal policy.

Review appeals and recalculate scores, if necessary.

Final priority list to be approved at a meeting scheduled for CoC Board and emailed to agencies.

Present the final Priority List to CoC Board for approval. Final Priority List published on CoC website

CoC consolidated application is posted on CoC website

Application is packaged and submitted to HUD.
